• Who: This journey is for anyone ready to live as a conscious creator — to move beyond striving and step into alignment with the natural rhythm of manifestation. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, if you feel the call to create from presence, clarity, and love, this is for you.

•  What: A 30-day journey of daily meditation, embodiment practices, nervous system regulation, breathwork, and sound healing, designed to guide you to the depths of your true self. 

•  When: For 30 days, we'll gather everyday for one hour starting January 5th at 10am CT. Lifetime access to all recordings allows you to return to these practices whenever you feel called.
