SANCTUARY
A practice community to return to yourself again and again.
Sanctuary is a sisterhood of like-hearted souls walking together through the seasons of life, growing, deepening, transforming, and falling in love with the mystery of being alive.
A sacred space of embodied practice.
A place where your body can exhale, where you can soften, feel held, regulate, and receive.
A home for your nervous system.
A rhythm for your year.
A field you can return to again and again.
The Structure for 2026
In 2026, we move in rhythm with something greater, aligning our inner and outer lives with creation’s living cycles.
We attune to the new and full moons, honor eclipse seasons, journey through the twelve chakras, and move through the seven sacred directions of the Medicine Wheel: East, South, West, North, Below, Above, and Within.
Themes Throughout the YearÂ
- Jan–Feb — The North: winter’s stillness, elders, completion, quiet clarity.
- Mar–Apr — The East: beginnings, breath, vision, renewal, rising light.
- May–Jun — The South: life, creativity, embodiment, joy, abundance.
- July — Sacred Pause: rest, integration, listening for what’s emerging.
- Aug–Sep — The West: descent, intuition, release, healing, transformative waters.
- Oct — Below: grounding, rooting, belonging; the embrace of the Mother.
- Nov — Above: stars, guidance, miracles, the remembering of your light.
- Dec — Within: the still point; returning to the heart and the truth inside.
“It’s like coming home to myself again and again.
I used to operate from my wounds without even knowing it. In Sanctuary, my nervous system is being rewired. I’m more present in my marriage, with my son, and in my work. It’s not just healing, it’s embodiment."
- H.A., leadership coach

- Marilyn, business owner
What We Will Practice
Sanctuary is both a spiritual practice and a field of love.
Through movement, breath, sound, stillness, and energetic work, you will learn to
listen to your body as oracle, teacher, and guide.
Every session opens a gateway into:
- Nervous-system regulation
- Inner masculine + feminine embodiment
- Energetic awareness and subtle body activation
- Kundalini awakening and channel clearing
- Emotional alchemy and embodied movement
- Community co-regulation and connection
This is not about transcending life—
it’s about becoming exquisitely alive within it.
Sanctuary is the inevitability of a life of practice.
I’ve been teaching and practicing for over twenty-five years,
and the older I get, the less I have to say.
Â
The real potency doesn’t come from my words—it comes from your direct experience.
Â
This work is not about learning what I know. It’s about discovering what you know through your own embodied practice.
In a world that keeps speeding up,
practice slows us into what matters:
truth, love, peace, power, presence, and beauty.
Â
Come practice.
Come home.
Frequently Asked Questions
When are the calls?
Can I participate if I am younger than 38 or older than 55?
I can only make a few live calls. Will this benefit me?
How does the 4-month minimum commitment work?
I have vowed to liberate love on this planet for all beings. It is my purpose, my path, and my service to teach people how to love each other better! One of the first steps is learning how to attune to, and deeply take care of self.
I am very much someone who is here to grow, and teach others how to grow! I relate with life as a practice. I meet every moment from the perspective of choice. How do I want to relate and show up in this moment? I practice to stay open and available for life. I live from my openness. Most people are walking around closed with moments of openness. I teach women how to live in openness, and have moments of closure. It’s a completely different way of experiencing life!
